Refund and Returns Policy

• Products are refundable within (14) days of the original purchase price unless otherwise noted.
• Credit for returned merchandise will be made in the same manner as payment taken for the original purchase (e.g. credit card payment refunded to the same credit card).
• Products sold “AS IS” or “NO RETURN” will not be accepted for return.

Personalized and Custom Products

• Personalized and customized products are not accepted for return. These products are sold “AS IS” as you (the customer) is customizing and/or personalizing a product.

Please note our products take between 5 and 14 days to receive. We ship our products in small quantities and thus do not have large inventory levels.

Also note that some of our sportswear and t-shirts may look to have a stain on them, however this is not the case. This is simply a product of our DTG equipment. Simply wash the product as you normally would and the stain will be gone. This is just part of our manufacturing process.
