Frequently Asked Questions

We have expanded our shipping worldwide! We ship almost everywhere. We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.

On the last page of the checkout process, the website will check our vendor's system in real time and provide an estimated arrival date for your product. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately, so not all of your packages may arrive at the same time. Typically you should receive your order within 5-7 business days, though many are are received sooner.
